Shipping Policy

 

This Shipping Policy applies to Toraliven (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) online store and outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services within the United Kingdom only. Orders cannot be shipped to locations outside the UK at this time.

2. Shipping Fees and Taxes

  • Orders with a total value of £60 or more (including £60) qualify for free delivery;

  • Orders below £60 are subject to a flat delivery fee of £6;

  • The order price already includes applicable taxes and fees. The amount you see at checkout is the final amount payable, and you will not need to pay any taxes or fees upon receipt of the goods or any additional taxes and fees.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order processing hours are CET 9:00–18:00.

  • Orders paid before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day;

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed from the next working day;

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the following working day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, it is usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and logistics arrangements.

6. Shipping Carriers

We select appropriate UK-based delivery services according to each order. Commonly used carriers include: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Yodel, and Parcelforce.
The specific carrier used will be indicated in the shipping notification.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping information.
You may also visit the Order Tracking page on our website and enter your order number along with the email address or phone number used at checkout to view the current order status.

8. Delivery Responsibility

  • Damage or loss: If an item arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us promptly after delivery;

  • Changes or cancellations: Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery arrangements may no longer be changed;

  • Delivery address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Incorrect information may affect delivery outcomes.

9. Delivery Receipt Notes

Please check the package condition upon delivery. If any abnormalities are noticed, we recommend documenting them and contacting us as soon as possible. Orders marked as delivered without reported issues will be considered successfully received.
